Matchtech Group is recruiting for a CNC Operator in Ringwood, Dorset. This permanent, full-time position offers genuine training with a clear path into CNC programming and development opportunities within a precision engineering environment.

You will operate CNC turning machines, load/unload components, read drawings, perform quality checks and adjust tools while meeting production targets. On-site role with long-term career progression and a supportive team.
