Knowledge House Resourcing Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy, on behalf of a growing business based in Marden. A hands-on Machine Operator is needed to join the production team and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

You will set up, operate and monitor machinery, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality. 7am-5pm, £34,281 per year, with a range of benefits and supportive workplace culture.

KHR are currently working with a successful and rapidly growing business based in Marden who are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join their production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience operating machinery who enjoys a practical, fast-paced production environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

• Setting up and operating machinery
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance
• Monitoring and adjusting machinery to maintain quality and output
• Completing quality checks and recording downtime
• Working towards production and quality targets
• Supporting other areas of the packing line when required
• Following health & safety procedures and SOPs

Candidate Profile
