Job summary

Knowledge House Resourcing Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy, on behalf of a growing business based in Marden. A hands-on Machine Operator is needed to join the production team and contribute to a fast-paced environment.

You will set up, operate and monitor machinery, ensuring safe, efficient production and high quality. 7am-5pm, £34,281 per year, with a range of benefits and supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience operating machinery.
• Experience within a production, manufacturing or packing environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach.
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely.
• Reliable and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance.
• Monitor and adjust machinery to maintain quality and output.
• Complete quality checks and record downtime.
• Aim to meet production and quality targets.
• Support other areas of the packing line when required.
• Follow health & safety procedures and SOPs.
