Right Match Recruitment Group Limited is recruiting a Machine Operator for a manufacturing client in Dartford, Kent. The role involves mechanical assembly, reading drawings, using hand tools and following quality procedures.

Temp to Perm, Afternoon Shift 14:00-22:00, pay £13.10-£14.43 per hour. 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and strong progression opportunities are available.

Machine Operator

Location: Dartford, Kent

Salary: £13.10 per hour | £14.43 per hour

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Right Match Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation in Dartford that is expanding its production team and seeking Machine Operators.

The Role

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling and building products to a high standard, following detailed instructions, technical drawings and quality procedures.

Your Duties

• Carrying out mechanical assembly and product build.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
• Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.
• Identifying and reporting any issues relating to quality, materials or processes.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following company procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, engineering or fabrication environment preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and detailed assembly instructions.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience working to production deadlines and targets.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach with the willingness to support different areas of production.

• Pay rates: £13.10 - £14.43 per hour - Afternoon Shift
• Working hours: Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Temp to Perm opportunity.
