Job summary

Staffing Innovations are recruiting for a Machine Minder in Halesworth on a 12 week temp-to-perm basis. The role involves supporting Team Leaders with production, assembling and packing goods to specification, and maintaining quality and housekeeping standards.

The shift pattern rotates from 05:45-14:00 and 13:45-22:00, totaling 38.75 hours weekly. Starting salary is £28k per annum, with benefits including pension contributions, life assurance and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Technician or Line Setter in an FMCG environment.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Self-motivated and a real team player.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety rules and regulations.

Are you looking for a clean manufacturing job with potential opportunity for progression? Staffing Innovations are recruiting for Machine Minder who will be supporting the Team Leaders with the production of products. You will be responsible for the assembly of various finished products to the specification given, ensuring the packing specification is adhered to by the packing team at the end of the filling/packing line whilst ensuring housekeeping, quality standards, processes and procedures are being adhered to at all times.

The shift pattern for this role is: 05:45 - 14:00 & 13:45 - 22:00 weekly rotation, 38.75 hours per week.

Requirements
