Job summary

Prime Appointments is seeking a Machine Operator for a permanent role near Saxmundham, Suffolk. Immediate start available. The role offers 40 hours per week with initial hours 06:45-16:30 and a Friday early finish, then rotating shifts 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Overtime paid at enhanced rates as you gain experience and progress within the business. The successful candidate will operate the manufacturing equipment, load and unload materials, perform quality checks and assist with changeovers

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or warehouse/packaging is preferred.
Candidates must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

Run the machine to ensure smooth operation.
Load and unload raw materials and perform quality checks.
Assist with machine change overs and clean down.
Adhere to all standards, procedures and practices.

Role: Machine Operator

Start date: Immediate Start

Location: Saxmundham, Suffolk

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £30,000+ per annum

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a machine operator who is immediately available to work for a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Saxmundham, Suffolk.

The company offer an excellent training & development program, where you can learn all aspects of the business. As you progress & work in further areas of the business, you will have the opportunity to further increase your salary.

This would be working initial hours are 06:45-16:30 with an early finish on Friday, before moving onto rotating weekly shifts of 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00.

Overtime is paid @ increased rates of pay.
