Job summary

Clements Young Ltd is recruiting a Machine Minder for a Norwich-based role. Working 7:00am–7:00pm or 7:00pm–7:00am on a 4 on/4 off pattern, with ongoing full-time opportunities and weekend work.

Ideal candidates will have previous machine minding or manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and excellent attention to detail. You will operate production machinery, conduct changeovers, monitor performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am

Shift Pattern: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off (Including Weekends)

Clements Young Ltd is recruiting for Machine Minders on behalf of our client in Norwich.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties will include:

• Operating production machinery


• Carrying out machine changeovers


• Monitoring machine performance


• Quality checking finished products


• Reporting faults


• Completing production paperwork


• Cleaning machinery


• Following food safety and health & safety procedures

Pay:
