You will work as part of the production team, following detailed instructions and safety guidelines to hit daily targets. Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcomed to

Salary: £13.10 per hour | £14.43 per hour |

Right Match Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation in Dartford that is expanding its production team and seeking Machine Operators.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates ideally with previous experience in assembly, mechanical build or fabrication who are looking for a long-term career opportunity within a successful and growing manufacturing environment. The Role

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling and building products to a high standard, following detailed instructions, technical drawings and quality procedures.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out mechanical assembly and product build.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
• Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.

Job Details & Benefits

Pay rates: £13.10 - £14.43 per hour - Afternoon Shift

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Temp to Perm opportunity.

24 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service).
