Job summary

You will work as part of the production team, following detailed instructions and safety guidelines to hit daily targets. Prior manufacturing or fabrication experience is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcomed to

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, engineering or fabrication preferred but not essential.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow assembly instructions.
• Good attention to detail with emphasis on quality and accuracy.
• Experience meeting production deadlines and targets.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to high standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to support different areas of production.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out mechanical assembly and product build.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
• Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.
• Identifying and reporting issues related to quality, materials or processes.
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following company procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.
