Job summary

Right Match Recruitment Group is hiring Machine Operators for its Dartford manufacturing site. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers afternoon shifts (14:00-22:00) and hourly pay between £13.10 and £14.43, with a focus on assembling and building products to high quality standards.

Ideally you have prior experience in assembly or fabrication, though newcomers are welcome to apply for long-term career progression in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, engineering or fabrication environment preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and detailed assembly instructions.
• Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Experience working to production deadlines and targets.

Right Match Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing organisation in Dartford that is expanding its production team and seeking Machine Operators.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates ideally with previous experience in assembly, mechanical build or fabrication who are looking for a long-term career opportunity within a successful and growing manufacturing environment. The Role

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling and building products to a high standard, following detailed instructions, technical drawings and quality procedures.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out mechanical assembly and product build.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and work instructions.
• Using hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensuring all products meet required quality standards.
