Job summary

Itecopeople is seeking an experienced M365 Operational Support Engineer for a 6-month contract. Hybrid role in Buckinghamshire with 1 day onsite and 4 days remote. Start ASAP, rate c £450 pd, IN SCOPE OF IR35.

The role focuses on day-to-day support, administration and management of the M365 tenant, including Exchange Online and Teams. Prior on-premises to cloud migrations are valued, with a hands-on operational focus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and operational support.
• Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft email technologies.
• Hands-on in Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone/Telephony.
• Experience managing a M365 tenant and related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and administration of the M365 tenant.
• Support Exchange Online and email services.
• Provide operational support for Microsoft Teams and Teams Telephony.
• Troubleshoot M365 issues and manage incidents to resolution.
