Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Senior M365 Consultant for a London hybrid role. You will act as SME and technical lead for M365 across multi-site environments, collaborating with global teams and driving migrations and security strategies.

You will own design and implementation for Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and SharePoint, manage mail security and e-discovery, and support performance across London and international offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of M365 architecture, security, and design experience in a global enterprise.
• Proven cross-border collaboration and stakeholder management in international teams.
• 5+ years as an Exchange Admin for large-scale, 24/7 messaging.
• 5+ years with Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, and Microsoft EMS.
• 5+ years handling Microsoft/Proofpoint e-discovery and compliance.

Responsibilities

• SME Ownership: Provide expert-level design, implementation, and support for Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and SharePoint across multi-site environments.
• Global Collaboration & Governance: Primary M365 point of contact in London for stakeholder and committee meetings, aligning local units with international IT strategies.
• Lead Migrations: Spearhead Mimecast-to-M365 and home drive-to-OneDrive migrations.
• Mail Security & Compliance: Line 1 security expert focusing on mail flow, routing, EOP, and Proofpoint e-discovery integrations.
• Performance & Support: Troubleshoot Teams performance and network issues across London and global offices outside the US.

Senior M365 Consultant

Location - London Hybrid role - 2-3 days in Office Type of role - 6 Months Contract with Potential extension Payrate - 400 - 500 per day PAYE Inside IR35

One of our clients, which is a leading financial services company, is seeking a Senior M365 Engineer to act as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical lead for their London division. Partnering with their global US team, you will drive architecture, security, and major migrations, while gaining early exposure to cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

• SME Ownership: Provide expert-level design, implementation, and support for Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, and SharePoint across multi-site environments.
• Global Collaboration & Governance: Serve as the primary M365 point of contact in London for stakeholder and committee meetings, aligning local business units with international IT strategies and partnering with cross-regional teams.
• Lead Migrations: Spearhead critical projects including Mimecast-to-M365 and home drive-to-OneDrive migrations.
• Mail Security & Compliance: Act as the Line 1 security expert focusing on mail flow, routing, EOP, and Proofpoint compliance/e-discovery integrations.
• Performance & Support: Troubleshoot Teams performance and network-related issues across London and global office locations outside the US.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ Years of M365 architecture, security, and design experience in a global enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of cross-border collaboration and stakeholder management within international, distributed teams.
• 5+ Years as an Exchange Admin supporting large-scale, 24/7 corporate messaging.
• 5+ Years with Azure AD (Entra ID), Intune, and Microsoft EMS.
• 5+ Years handling Microsoft/Proofpoint e-discovery and compliance processes.
