Sage is seeking a Digital Workspace Engineer to build and maintain a Microsoft 365–driven digital workspace, enabling seamless collaboration and efficient service adoption. The role covers M365, OneDrive, Teams, and related tools to support a growing workforce.

The position is hybrid, with three days per week in our Newcastle office. You will collaborate across IT, define requirements, resolve incidents, and drive improvements for cloud and on-premises solutions to support colleague productivity.

Formación

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments across on-premises and cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with SharePoint and Teams administration.
• Familiarity with Entra/Azure AD identity and access management and security policies.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver, maintain and enhance on-premises and cloud-based Digital Workspace solutions.
• Define and document technical requirements for M365 Digital Workspace and ensure audit compliance.
• Participate in project lifecycle phases independently or in teams.
• Drive continuous improvements to applications, services and processes.
