Job summary

Sage in Newcastle is seeking a Digital Workspace Engineer to design, build and maintain a modern Microsoft 365 based digital workspace for the UK business. You will shape and support a secure, productive environment that aligns with Sage's digital strategy.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver reliable workplace technology, manage incidents, document configurations and continually improve the digital workspace to maximise user value.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tech.
• Strong IT support and incident management skills.
• Ability to document configurations, processes and changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, maintain and implement high quality technical solutions across on prem and cloud systems.
• Maintain Digital Workspace using established processes and identify improvements.
• Participate in all project lifecycle phases and document technical requirements.
• Adhere to audits and controls; produce relevant documentation for configuration and changes.
• Troubleshoot faults and manage service desk queue to meet SLAs.
