Job summary

De Montfort University Leicester is seeking a motivated M365 Analyst to support, improve and develop the university's Microsoft 365 collaboration and digital workplace services. This hands-on role will shape the digital experience for students and staff, working with senior colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable and user-centred Microsoft 365 solutions.

You will manage SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and related tools, contribute to governance and compliance

Qualifications

Experience supporting and developing Microsoft 365 services in a large organisation.
Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related tools.
Experience with governance, security and compliance within cloud platforms.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Support, improve and develop the university's Microsoft 365 services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, user-centred solutions.
Contribute to governance, compliance and service improvement initiatives.
Enhance adoption and experience across Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot AI features.
