We're looking for M365 Adoption Professionals to join our Technology and Customer Services area and support the effective adoption, use and ongoing improvement of Microsoft 365 services across Liverpool City Council. Working as part of our Strategy and Design Team, you'll help colleagues and service areas make best use of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and related collaboration and productivity services. You'll support both business-as-usual activity and approved digital transformation initiatives, helping staff understand how M365 can support their work, improve ways of working and deliver better services for residents and colleagues.
