Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Workplace AI Enablement & Collaboration Engineer to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation services. You will partner with stakeholders to identify use cases, lead design workshops, and deliver scalable, secure workplace solutions across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.

You will shape AI-enabled collaboration, develop PoCs, templates and governance guidelines while delivering hands-on engineering, governance

Qualifications

5–7 years in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering.
Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 services incl. Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
1–2 years in Microsoft 365 Copilot, workplace AI, prompt development and AI agent tooling.

Responsibilities

Identify high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases with stakeholders.
Lead discovery and solution design workshops translating business needs into technical solutions.
Develop proofs of concept and reusable templates using Copilot and Power Platform.
Create enablement materials and governance guardrails for secure adoption.
Provide hands-on engineering, administration and lifecycle management for M365 services.
Coach, train and communicate to drive technology adoption and measurable impact.
Monitor adoption, usage and business value signals to guide improvements.
