Job summary

Kent Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Digital Workplace Manager to own IT's Digital Workplace services, ensuring secure, reliable and increasingly intelligent technology to support how colleagues work. You will own the roadmap, performance, service quality, lifecycle and continual improvement of Digital Workplace services.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you will align EUC, Microsoft 365/SharePoint and IT Training, drive AI adoption (Copilot) and manage suppliers, licensing, risks and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Qualifications in Microsoft 365, EUC Management and Artificial Intelligence are desirable.
• Knowledge of digital workplace strategies, service ownership and modern end user computing.

Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Workplace services, including service quality, performance, lifecycle and continual improvement.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Workplace strategy, roadmap and prioritised service backlog.
• Lead EUC, SharePoint and IT Training to aligned outcomes.
• Drive adoption of workplace AI, including Microsoft Copilot, and improve employee experience.
