Leonardo Royal Bristol is seeking a proactive M&E Supervisor to oversee meetings and events operations. You will lead a team, ensure flawless service for guests, and work closely with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional event experiences.

In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain facilities, manage staffing for events, and support the F&B team when needed. A passion for guest care and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in events management or M&E desirable.
• Strong communication and guest-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and multitask in busy event environments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Be a visible hands-on supervisor and host for guests and organisers.
• Ensure hotel facilities and equipment are well-maintained and ready for events.
• Plan staffing levels for upcoming events and assist the F&B team when needed.
