At Leonardo Hotels, we are recruiting for a Supervisor role to join our great team in the Meeting & Events Operations areas. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly person who enjoys working in hotels and providing excellent hospitality to our guests, helping ensure they have a memorable stay.

Role: Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor

We want you to be part of a diverse team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and products in the restaurant, bar, or conference departments. We set high standards to surprise and delight our customers and deliver memorable experiences.

What we expect from you:

  1. Supervisory experience or being a strong team member in Meeting & Events, eager to take on more responsibility
  2. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with no split shifts
  4. The ability to understand and meet customer needs
  5. Strong people skills to foster a fun and collaborative work environment
  6. Genuine interest in hospitality and customer service
  7. Confidence with systems and payment procedures
  8. Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  9. Promptly resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction

The job responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising the Meeting & Events team, ensuring high standards of performance
  2. Preparing the team and department based on daily bookings and events
  3. Serving food and drinks while demonstrating excellent hospitality
  4. Maintaining a visible presence to respond to guest requests and keep areas tidy
  5. Handling guest complaints professionally and efficiently
  6. Training and motivating team members
  7. Managing cash, charge, float, and till procedures accurately
