A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in London.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and ensure smooth planning and implementation of all events across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin.
• Assist the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximizing meeting room occupancy and catering revenue.
• Optimize client relationships and collaborate with key hotel managers.
• Support a self-organized, detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a similar property is beneficial.
• Positive personality with the ability to think on your feet.
• Organized and proactive.
