• Supporting the M & E / design team on M & E questions during the tendering process
• Supporting on Electrical maintenance surveys on existing MSCP’s
• Attending sites and reporting on maintenance & EOD works
• Carrying out site audits / sign offs for Electrical installation works on new build projects and report to the site management team
• Attend site meetings with M & E contractors when and if required
• Monitor M & E progress on site and report to the site management team
• Carry out M & E Snagging reports and issue for rectification.
• Helping the design team on the initial development and location of electrical services within the projects
