Job summary

Primech Building Services Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Sales Manager to drive growth of recurring maintenance revenue. You will lead the sales process from initial engagement to contract award and mobilisation, building trusted relationships with building owners, facilities managers and end-user clients across public and private sectors.

In this role, you will develop a strong pipeline, target maintenance prospects, and collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth mobilisation of new contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling maintenance or related services.
• Experience identifying and securing recurring revenue contracts.
• Ability to develop long-term client partnerships across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle from engagement to contract award and mobilisation.
• Build and maintain a structured programme of client contact to nurture maintenance accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Contracts for successful mobilisation.
• Provide market intelligence and forecast recurring revenue.
• Prepare compelling proposals and mobilisation plans to differentiate Primech.
