Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a portfolio of mechanical and electrical building services maintenance contracts across London and the South East. You will lead engineering teams, manage client relationships and ensure delivery against contractual requirements with a focus on safety, quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing building services maintenance contracts within a mechanical and/or electrical environment.
• Strong understanding of hard FM, M&E systems and mechanical plant.
• Experience managing engineers and subcontractors, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong track record of managing client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, contract profitability, quotations and additional works.
