Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer for field-based maintenance across a defined portfolio in the South London area. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering exceptional service to clients.

The role requires a recognised M&E apprenticeship, 18th Edition, and driving licence. Desirable qualifications include F-Gas, Test & Inspection, and Unvented systems.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• Essential: 18th Edition.
• Desirable: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented.
• Retail or commercial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Provide technical support across multiple sites and mentor junior staff.
