Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced mechanical‑bias M&E Engineer to support reactive maintenance across Dartford, Welling and Bromley area sites. You’ll work with Planners to manage tasks and ensure timely, accurate work orders while maintaining Arcus standards.

The role requires a UK driving license and the ability to travel across multiple sites; a 1 in 4 on-call rotation is expected. A path from M&E Engineer to Senior/Managing roles may exist for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as an M&E engineer with a mechanical bias in facilities management or construction.
• Ability to travel between sites within the UK and communicate effectively.
• Driving license and the flexibility to be on call on a 1 in 4 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for reactive maintenance across portfolio sites.
• Coordinate with Planners and Dispatch to open/close work orders in real time.
• Escalate when specialist support is required and maintain professional appearance of Arcus.
