Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is seeking a Meetings and Events Operations Supervisor to keep the M&E operation running smoothly and lead your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will be hands-on, visible on the floor, and work closely with organisers and hotel departments to ensure events run to plan, staffing levels are right, and facilities are well maintained, with a strong focus on customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in meetings and events operations preferred.
• Excellent customer care and guest service mindset.
• Ability to lead a team and multi-task in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Keep the M&E operation running smoothly and lead the team.
• Ensure events run to plan and guest experience remains outstanding.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to hotel standards.
• Establish relationships with event organisers and hotel departments.
• Ensure staffing levels meet upcoming events.
• Assist the F&B team when M&E is less busy.
