Job summary

Equans is seeking an M&E Craftsperson to join our Hard FM team at Central Middlesex Hospital, London. This is a full‑time, permanent role based at Ealing.

You will maintain M&E systems and building fabric, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across site operations. Summary

Equans is looking for an M&E Craftsperson to join our Hard FM team at Central Middlesex Hospital, London. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Complete planned, reactive and proactive maintenance across M&E systems and building fabric
• Maintain water systems, including taps, showers and TMVs, while supporting water hygiene compliance
• Complete first time fixes, minor installations, fabric repairs, PAT and EML testing
• Maintain accurate records, update log books and use the CAFM system through a PDA

Who are you?

• Experienced in planned, reactive and proactive M&E maintenance
• Skilled in plumbing, water systems and building fabric repairs
• Able to complete PAT, EML and other maintenance tasks safely and accurately
• Willing to undertake water hygiene, legionella awareness and Competent Person training
• Familiar with BS 7671, CAFM systems, PDA records and site log books
• Customer focused and able to work effectively with clients, contractors and colleagues
• Reliable, proactive and able to support small works, projects and team cover
• Committed to safe working practices, quality standards and continuous learning
