Job summary

Equans is seeking an M&E Supervisor to lead mechanical, electrical and building services teams in Barking, London. Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team in Barking, London. This is a full time role with participation in a on call rota. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Who are you?

• Experienced in supervising mechanical, electrical and building services teams
• Able to plan, allocate and monitor work delivered by staff and contractors
• Confident managing performance, quality, costs, records and customer expectations
• Able to use or learn CAFM systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Customer focused with good communication, organisational and problem solving skills
• Willing to work with tools, support staff development and complete relevant training
• Able to qualify as an Authorised Person or Competent Person where required
• Willing to participate in the emergency on call rota and occasional overtime
