Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Milton Keynes is seeking a Meetings and Events Porter to be the face of the hotel. You’ll bring a warm, friendly personality daily, work in a hands-on M&E environment, and set up, refresh and clear rooms to the Leonardo standard, ensuring guests have a first-class experience.

In this role you’ll think on your feet to meet clients’ needs, use strong communication to greet organisers and coordinate with colleagues to hit KPIs.

• Great communication skills for greeting organisers and meeting guests' needs.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working alone at times.
• Ability to work well in a team during large events.

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter you'll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! This is a hands-on position within the M&E department; with great attention to detail you'll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard! You'll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first-class experience with us.
