Knightsbridge Commercial is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join our Deal Operations team within Business Sales / M&A. This office-based role provides training and mentoring, offering a clear path for progression in the Business Sales and M&A sector.

No prior industry experience is required as full training is provided. Progression is central to our culture; the Managing Director has risen through the ranks, demonstrating opportunities for ambitious individuals to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Process enquiries and NDAs from third-party marketing portals.
• Upload, manage, and maintain business adverts across portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Work proactively to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Manage workload to maintain service levels during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
• Liaise with clients and buyers to approve release of marketing information.
