Responsibilities

• Process enquiries and NDAs from third party marketing portals.
• Upload, manage, and maintain business adverts across third-party marketing portals; ensure listings are accurate and up to date.
• Work proactively to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Manage workload to maintain service levels during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Liaise with clients and buyers to approve release of marketing information.
