Job summary

Altum Consulting is recruiting an experienced M&A Project Manager to support the integration of acquired businesses into the wider organisation. The role focuses on delivery across multiple workstreams with senior stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables stay on track.

You will own governance, drive actions to resolve risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations in a fast-paced global setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex M&A integration projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and international stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, scheduling and milestone tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate M&A integration projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed integration plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate functional workstreams and manage risks, issues and actions.
• Own project governance and maintain oversight of integration progress.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations teams.
• Ensure deliverables are defined, assigned and completed on time.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on progress and blockers.
• Support integration of acquired businesses into existing systems and processes.
