Altum Consulting is recruiting an experienced M&A Project Manager to support the integration of acquired businesses into the wider organisation. The role focuses on delivery across multiple workstreams with senior stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables stay on track.

You will own governance, drive actions to resolve risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations in a fast-paced global setting.

Altum Consulting are recruiting for an experienced M&A Project Manager to join a fast-growing global Technology business based in London.

The organisation is going through a significant period of growth and transformation and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the integration of acquired businesses into the wider organisation.

This is a delivery-focused role rather than a corporate development or transaction advisory position. You will take ownership of integration activity across multiple workstreams, working with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure key milestones, dependencies and deliverables remain on track.

Role:

• Lead and coordinate M&A integration projects from planning through to delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed integration plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate multiple functional workstreams and ensure dependencies, risks and actions are effectively managed
• Own project governance and maintain clear oversight of integration progress
• Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations and other corporate functions
• Ensure deliverables are clearly defined, assigned and completed against agreed timelines
• Drive actions and proactively resolve risks, issues and blockers
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership on progress, risks and areas requiring decisions
• Support the integration of acquired businesses into existing systems, processes and operating models
• Maintain a strong focus on delivery, accountability and execution throughout the integration lifecycle

You’ll be/have:

• Strong project management experience within complex, fast-paced organisations
• Experience managing project delivery across M&A and integration activity
• Experience supporting or leading the integration of acquired businesses
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
• Experience coordinating multiple functions, workstreams and international stakeholders
• Strong planning skills with experience managing milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions
• Able to quickly understand complex requirements and translate these into clear actions and deliverables
• Comfortable getting into the detail, challenging stakeholders and proactively driving delivery
• Technology, Professional Services or similarly fast-paced international experience would be advantageous
