Job summary

Amtis Professional Ltd is seeking an M&A Integration Coordinator in the West Midlands. This permanent hybrid role combines on-site presence (3 days) with remote work (2 days) and offers a £40,000 salary plus benefits.

You will join a growing integration team guiding mid-range acquisitions through onboarding and integration planning. You will map operations across acquired businesses, coordinate transfer agreements, and align stakeholders across finance, commercial, compliance and data teams to

Qualifications

2–3 years experience in acquisitions, integration or project coordination.
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple workstreams and communicate across departments.

Responsibilities

Understand how each acquired business operates, including systems, processes and service arrangements.
Map external vendors, providers and suppliers the business relies on.
Review existing contractual arrangements and transfer/replace where needed.
Coordinate transfer and novation of agreements through to completion.
Identify discrepancies and gaps compared to due diligence information.
Build and maintain an integration plan for each acquisition and track actions.
Coordinate across finance, commercial, compliance, operations and data teams.
Act as a point of contact for supplier and operational dependency issues.
