Job summary

twentyAI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support M&A and post-acquisition integration within its Change & Integration team on a permanent basis. You will work with a Project Manager to define the Target Operating Model, map processes, identify gaps and gather detailed business requirements.

You will bring strong BA experience in financial services, with hands-on TOM development and end-to-end requirements articulation to enable seamless integration and value realization.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services.
• Proven experience supporting M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration programmes.
• Hands-on experience developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and mapping processes.
• Excellent requirements gathering, gap analysis and business process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and post-acquisition integration initiatives, translating objectives into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) across people, processes, technology, data and controls.
• Map current and future-state processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and validate detailed business requirements with stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for integration planning.
• Support change implementation, testing and operational readiness with Project Managers.
