• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile Financial Crime Analytics programme. This role will focus on business change, regulatory delivery, and operational enhancement initiatives supporting AML, Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Design and document Target Operating Models (TOMs), workflows, and operational processes
• Produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and supporting artefacts
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement across multiple functions
• Support regulatory and financial crime transformation initiatives
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and requirements traceability
• Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders
• Work closely with programme teams to support successful delivery

What We're Looking For

• Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services
• Experience delivering regulatory or financial crime-related change
• Knowledge of AML, Fraud, Transaction Monitoring, or Financial Crime Operations
• Experience producing requirements documentation, process maps, and business analysis artefacts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive requirements gathering activities
• Experience supporting complex transformation programmes
