Job summary

twentyAI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support M&A and post-acquisition integration within its Change & Integration team on a permanent basis. You will work with a Project Manager to define the Target Operating Model, map processes, identify gaps and gather detailed business requirements.

You will bring strong BA experience in financial services, with hands-on TOM development and end-to-end requirements articulation to enable seamless integration and value realization.

Our client, an established financial markets firm, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong M&A and post-acquisition integration experience to join its Change & Integration team on a permanent basis.

The role will focus on supporting the integration of an acquired business, working closely with a Project Manager to define the Target Operating Model, map business processes, identify integration gaps and gather detailed business requirements.

The Role

• Support M&A and post-acquisition integration initiatives, translating business objectives into clear requirements and deliverables.
• Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) across people, processes, technology, data and controls.
• Map current and future-state business processes, identifying integration gaps, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and validate detailed business requirements, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support integration planning and delivery.
• Work alongside Project Managers and business stakeholders to support change implementation, testing and operational readiness.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Business Analysis experience within financial services, ideally capital markets, investment banking or brokerage.
• Proven experience supporting M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration programmes.
• Hands-on experience developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and mapping current and future-state processes.
• Excellent requirements gathering, gap analysis and business process documentation skills.
• Good understanding of front-to-back business processes, operational workflows and systems integration.
• Experience working closely with Project Managers, technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver complex change.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with a practical, hands-on approach to delivery.
