Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
• Exceptional foundation in Investment Banking.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end M&A process, including origination, execution, and integration.
• Build and review financial models and valuations for acquisition targets.
• Conduct due diligence and prepare investment papers for stakeholders.
