Job summary

Dwelly is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own the commercial operating system behind its growth. You will manage the machine that standardises portfolio, revenue and margin data, drive pricing and fee realisation, and grow ancillary revenue across a fast-scaling property platform in the UK.

You will lead a small team, design incentive structures, and align MDs, Branch Leaders, and Valuers toward shared targets.

Qualifications

• Strong analytics mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Proven experience building or leading RevOps or sales ops functions.
• Comfort owning forecast and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial metrics and single source of truth by agency, branch, and landlord segment.
• Drive pricing, fee realisation and ancillary revenue across portfolios.
• Own landlord CRM operations, data quality, and system adoption across a distributed team.
• Design targets, incentives, and performance management aligned to growth and profitability.
• Lead commercial integration of acquired agencies with repeatable playbooks.
