lyf George Square Glasgow is seeking a warm, friendly Receptionist (lyf Guard!) to create memorable first impressions and smooth stays for guests. You’ll handle check-ins, answer questions and deliver a high-energy, hospitality-forward experience in a vibrant, community-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of lyf. Welcome guests, check-in smoothly and bid farewell to encourage return visits.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, recommendations and little extras that enhance stays.
• Manage arrivals, departures, reservations, payments and occasional unexpected challenges.
• Share favourite local spots and insider tips to help guests experience the neighbourhood like locals.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and relaxed.
• Stay calm and solution-focused when plans don’t go as expected.
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure guest experiences are effortless.
