Frasers Group is seeking a Supervisor for the Flannels Romford store. You will oversee a team of Sales Advisors, drive commercial performance, and contribute to growth by implementing strategic plans, monitoring KPIs, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will lead, coach, and develop staff, ensuring adherence to brand standards while building strong relationships with stakeholders. This role emphasizes leadership, stock control, and operational excellence across a premium retail

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
