Job summary

Flannels is seeking a Supervisor for our Cheshunt store to lead a team of Sales Advisors and drive commercial success in a luxury fashion environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll train staff, manage stock, and implement store strategies to achieve targets.

You will be responsible for coaching, performance management, and maintaining exceptional customer service while upholding Frasers Group standards across merchandising and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to policies.
• Drive KPIs and contribute to commercial success through data-driven decisions.
• Manage stock movement, audits, and visual standards to Frasers Group guidelines.
• Support wage controls and store budgeting, reporting to the Store Manager.
