FLANNELS Chelmsford is seeking a talented Supervisor to lead a Sales Advisor team and drive the store’s commercial performance. You will partner with store leadership to implement plans, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences across luxury brands and apparel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Sales Advisors and drive commercial performance.
• Lead and coach the store team, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement strategic plans and meet targets.
• Monitor KPIs and store operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Manage stock movement, audits, and visual standards in line with company guidelines.
