Job summary

FRASERS is seeking a dynamic Supervisor for our Peterborough store to lead a team of Sales Advisors and drive store performance. You will assist the Store Manager with stock control, training, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of premium fashion retail experience, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
Good product knowledge across brands, fashion trends and materials.
Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, stock control and loss prevention.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to policies.
Lead and coach the store team to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor KPIs, drive store performance, and manage stock with accuracy.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively.
