Job summary

FLANNELS Cambridge is seeking a talented Supervisor to lead a team of Sales Advisors and drive the store's commercial success. You will oversee stock packages, train staff, and deliver premium customer experiences within a fast-paced luxury fashion environment.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will develop your team, analyse KPIs, and act as a brand ambassador for Frasers Group across the Cambridge store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role.
• Proven ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and inspire your store team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
• Monitor KPIs, stock, and loss prevention to drive store performance.
• Coach and develop the team to maximise opportunities for progression.
