Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Supervisor for the Chelmsford store to lead a team of Sales Advisors, drive commercial success and manage stock and training. You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to achieving departmental goals while upholding brand standards for a luxury fashion environment.

We are looking for someone with experience in premium luxury fashion retail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to developing the team and delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or management-related role
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
• Good product knowledge, including brands, fashion trends, and materials
• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and loss prevention
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Sales Advisors, driving commercial success and contributing to company growth
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance in line with current trends
• Lead and inspire store team with guidance, coaching and support
• Monitor KPIs and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
• Control stock, audits, and implement visual standards per company guidelines
