Job Description

We are currently seeking driven and passionate retail professionals. We have a great opportunity for a Store Manager to join our second brand store in London for a new opening in May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member.
2. To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge, and product knowledge.
3. Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs.
4. Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus, and discipline.
5. Follow the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store.
6. Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organized, prepared, and conducted in accordance with our P&P.
7. Check timesheets are completed.
8. To ensure the merchandising, window display, and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&P.

Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

1. Profound experience in a similar leadership role in a London store environment (knowledge of customer habits, area...).
2. Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail.
3. Passion for the brand and fashion luxury retail industry.
4. Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store.
5. Fluent in English.
