The role

The store manager is our brand ambassador and responsible for the store’s overall success. You will manage the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants to create memorable experiences for our customers. Please note that airport store hours may include late nights and early mornings, which will be discussed during the interview process.

What to expect from the role
  • Support and motivate the team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying outstanding Pandora customer service
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate staff, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success
  • Receive thorough training on our luxury products to become a Pandora product expert, with support from regional managers to develop your team’s potential
The successful candidate
