Job summary

LUCA FALONI is a refined luxury menswear brand dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design, with all pieces made in Italy. As Store Manager, you will lead daily operations and a small team to deliver a high-touch shopping experience, owning sales performance, stock, and customer care.

You will coach the team to exceed KPIs, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with HQ on events, training, and product knowledge dissemination.

Qualifications

Proven experience in premium or luxury retail including team leadership.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and storytelling.
Strong product knowledge and fabric craftsmanship.
Commercially minded with understanding of KPIs, conversion, and stock flow.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve sales and service goals.
Deliver an exceptional clienteling experience tailored to each customer.
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Monitor sales performance, drive KPIs, and identify areas for growth.
Oversee daily store operations, stock management, and back-of-house processes.
Ensure compliance with operational and security procedures.
Act as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of products, fabrics, and craftsmanship.
Collaborate with HQ on stock planning, events, training, and feedback.
